Submittals Auto Draft is now available for Salesforce ATS, extending functionality already available for Bullhorn ATS.

What's New?

When a recruiter moves a candidate to a configured Submission Stage in Salesforce, VMS Sync automatically creates a draft VMS Submittal. The draft is ready to review and send to the VMS without requiring the recruiter to start the submittal manually.

Why Does It Matter?

Auto Draft reduces manual steps in the submittal workflow by triggering draft creation directly from a stage change in Salesforce. Recruiters can focus on reviewing and sending submittals rather than initiating them, improving speed and consistency across the submittal process.
